Rules

Format

You have the full duration of the tournament to play an unlimited number of matches. We will record all your matches for the full duration of the event and calculate your Points tally based on the results of your best-scoring matches.

Rank

This tournament requires users to have a minimum in-game rank. Users are not able to join this tournament if their rank in the tournament’s game mode is below the minimum required rank. If a user gets demoted during a tournament to a rank below the minimum rank, the match statistics won’t be recorded. To continue competing in the tournament, the user will have to promote their rank back to the minimum rank.

Draws

No draws are possible in an NXG event.

In case of a draw in Points, the participant with the highest number of Eliminations wins. In case of a draw in Points, the participant with the highest Average Placement will rank higher.

Protests

If any issues are encountered in a match, it’s the player’s responsibility to report it by using the Report an Issue button and reach out to the NXG support team via the live chat feature on the bottom right of your screen.

Bugs

If you experience any bugs during the tournament, please immediately share details about the issue with our support team using the live chat feature on the right. We are grateful for your reports as we work to provide you with the best online esports experience.

How it Works

Check-In

To complete your check-in process, please go to the tournament page where you registered and click on the 'CHECK-IN' button. It's important to check in early, as the tournament ends simultaneously for all participants. Once you've checked in, your match statistics will be tracked automatically and instantly as long as the NXG app is open.

Compete

After checking in, your goal is to accumulate as many points as possible every match until the tournament ends. You can play as many matches as you like, and we will only take into account the points you earned for your best-scoring matches. Make sure that the NXG app is running in the background for your statistics to be tracked instantly, automatically, and reliably.

Check Out (optional)

You can choose to check out before the tournament ends if you’re satisfied with your performance and would like to stop competing in the tournament. This will allow you to compete in other esports events across the NXG ecosystem. Note that if you check out, you will not be able to check in again to the same tournament, meaning you will not be able to register new matches to increase your points.

Earn!

At the end of the Tournament, the leaderboard is locked in, and rewards are distributed according to each participant's position. To learn more about the prize distribution, check out the 'PRIZE' tab.
